What is the connection between chefs and tattoos? Knives, animal parts, vegetables and fruit. So much passion for these beautiful raw ingredients so many of them would brand themselves forever. I am reminded of a project a friend of mine has curated… Birk O’Halloran of Iconic Wine and his partner Daniel Luke Holton recently released a photography book of “food, chefs, and their awesome tattoos”. I ordered mine on Amazonyesterday!
