Lunch at Enoteca Tognoni means a little squab ragu over house-made taglietelle pasta.  Doesn’t get much better than this, especially when paired with the local Bolgheri wines.

    I like that little rule Joanie. When people ask me: What should I drink with this? I often end up telling them – when in doubt, drink what the locals do!
